Planting lots of grass today. Read about how I did it and what friends I stumbled upon like this snake. Hello snake!
so I found this snake while removing my plastic weed removal tarp.
It's gonna start raining and I think it is time for planting most of the grass. Outside directly in soil. I show how please read more to find out.
I asked my chikens if they could kindly get out of the way. I was gonna need to drive some fresh good soil through here.
sure king Robin, we do whatever you say.
Just a second.
See you later.
Have good planting King Robin.
Thanks chicken, you are awesome.
We know.
Back to the snake and tarp.
So yes I had had this tarp here covering the land a long time to create a warm micro climate for insects and to kill weeds so I can grow my kinda weeds he he.
So yeah lets do this.
so this is what it looks like now. many tunnels. lots of life here. lots of ants.
many new friends.
good composted horse manure.
first I scrap the dried grass.
then I just throw the seeds.
like this.
then I thow new good soil with super dandy microbiotic life.
I looks like this.
then I put back the dried grass.
then I stomp it good.
hello
stomp!
sup bra?
then I do these holes for water to go in so water can stay here and good for roots to go down in. Make more holes later.
simple things like this really help the plants a lot.
you should put some seeds down the hole it is a seed bank for future generations.

it is good now
you can do many different versions. like this here also.
